the tummy contour is about half way there, all edges are rounded over now (apart from between horns 😈 )

it makes such a nice sound when you drum on it, i suspect this guitar will sound very nice acoustic, especially with the swimming pool route im using to cut down on weight 😁

more work this morning, ive pretty much done everything i can without the router, the contour is very comfy and its all over pretty smooth now

Cant wait to play it 😁

hopefully ill put in a guitarfetish order later today for most of the hardware and the pickups

😆 omg i never realised how swinger like it was, but no im putting a jazzmaster trem on so and there wouldnt be enough space, but an orange swinger with that neck would be amazing

Cut that bit off the left of the bridge to be more like a jazzy pickguard

I was thinking the same thing.

About it NOT looking like a Kelly, I mean.

I'm not a huge fan of the upper portion of the pickguard either. But if you dig it and are commited to it, go for it without hesitation. 😀

i like the pick guard idea. the only reason it looks bad on that gibson is cos it looks really cheap that #### white.
