Last time i heard: ''Peter Buck,'' the guitarist of R.E.M. had it.

I believe he still has it.

Eric Erlandson, the lead guitarist of Hole has Kurt's Jaguar i believe.

dang, i hoped somewhere there'd be one, i'm compiling a gallery of my fave original signiture guitars and i wanted a good museum shot.

peter buck has the jagstang, last i heard eric erlandson had it, though that was some ten - fifteen years ago.

maybe one day hard rock cafe will get it and put it on display.

The Hard Rock cafe in London has Kurts Jazzmaster, and those weird white sunglasses he wore on some picture, don't remember which one. Actually it's the Hard Rock Store. They've got a pretty big collection down there, Including Jimi's only known custom guitar, a lefty Gibson Flying V.

Aaron north, was (is?) the guitarist for nine inch nails. the point is he smashed that guitar that was once played by Stevie Ray Vaughan because guitars are meant to be played not just stuck on some Trucking wall.

They wanted to get him one, but Earnie and Krist Novoselic decided it was too expensive.

well, I assumed that if they had Hendrix' guitar, they could also have Kurt's jazzmaster. And I can't believe people actually agree with Aaron North on that. I once visited a museum where they had Napoleon's hat (the one on the famous painting). Nobody would think I was sane if I broke the glass and set the hat on fire, because hat's are meant for wearing. That North's a real #### if you ask me. If it's not his guitar, he has no right to #### smash it, whether it's being played or not.
