As far as reverb goes, the Tech 21 Boost R.V.B. is great. Doesn't stifle your tone at all and, with the inclusion of the dry/wet signal control knob, you can get some great ambient washes out of it. Also, for fuzz, I love the Swollen Pickle MKII. They're a bit pricey, but definitely worth the investment. I'm also pretty fond of the ZVex Fuzz Factory to add some quirky flourishes here and there. If used sparingly it can go a long way with coloring your sound.
