Robbmonster, who do you use for your luthiering? I know a guy in Tassie but I don't want not after to ship it down.
I use a guy in Williamstown in Melbourne named Tommy Blank. Really nice bear of a guy. He tends to give me a good rate because a) I'm a regular, 😎 we've become friends.
That said, his work is consistently great. On the occassions that I have not been pleased, it's because I have taken him components - from complete guitars, right down to caps - that have not been right for the job.
