i agree about techs not having a clue about jags. same goes for jazzies and stangs. my friend has a jazzy. he took it to a supposedly decent tech. asked them to sort out the bridge by fixing it and putting stang saddles on. it came back floating the same as before and with tele saddles on. he asked for it to be put back to how it was and they said they couldn't do it cos they threw the old saddles away. techs round here only seem to know strats/teles/tom/andthelike bridges.
