thats why I'm getting the dd7
thats why I got an Echo Park smaller footprint & most the funtions. I luv the "sweep" and "swell" settings and the normal tape delay is good too! The only setting I dont use is the "slap" setting because my favorite all time effect is the slapback "Double Track" of the Poly Chorus... wish they'ed make a pedalboard freindly version like the Memory Man.
My pedalboard consists of a Carl Martin octa-switcher (eliminates tapdancing) MT-2, Small Clone, Poly Chorus, Echo Park, Holy Grail, LPB & channel switch for my Boogie (not Mesa)Studio Pre. Which is like a Mark IIc+.
I couldnt live w/o the octaswitch. I can go from a chorused clean with sum reverb/slapback echo for good measure...to a "straight into the amp" dirty rhythm...to a solo tone with my dirt box of the day, wah and delay. Its like a multieffects w/all my favorite Stompboxes built in
The signal only goes to the pedals yr using (ie when a effect is off its out of the loop)
I'm in love
