I bought this used and the previous owner says the neck pickup was upgraded. Since it's not stock, and I don't know what pickup was installed, I obtained a Fender Stevie Ray Vaughn Texas Special bridge pickup and a white Seymour Duncan JB to replace the stock humbucker. The bridge was replaced with a Tune-O-Matic style bridge. The tuners were replaced with Gotoh ones. The pots with swapped out with Dunlop 500K superpots. My inspiration was this was the pickups configuration for Kurt's jagstang he had performed live with in his final few In Utero european tour shows . In addition, I obtained a Fender Cobain Jaguar neckplate for it. I've included a picture of the guitar (side by side with the Kurt Cobain Mustang).
