The Jag-Stang has been modified with an all-white pickguard replacing the original, with oddly, no slot for the pickup switches. The tone knobs were changed to metallic ones. The humbucker was replaced with Seymour duncan JB probably SH-4s. All the original stickers are there, and the Designed by Kurt Cobain stamp is on the back of the headstock.
