Neck heel says October 1996. Has both the designed by Kurt Cobain and Fender 50th Anniversary sticker. Has a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the birdge, Ibanez INFS3 in the neck. Rewired with a pickup selector above the bridge and a series switch that overrides the pickup selector above the neck. Tuners were swapped with Sperzels before I got it.
