tylerfender no..should i do what u said to do to the single coil to the humbucker? about thw wire switching?

tylerfender well if it dont work i'll just put it back where it is now and try some different settings on my amp and pedals...so let me recap what i need to do tomorrow..switch the black and green wires from the humbucker..put black where green is and green where black is..right?
nirvana23freak yes. as i said before i did it the way i think you did it on my stang with a hotrails, sounded weak(like yours right?), i changed teh green and back, problem solved

tylerfender well it works now..the switches work and everything..thanks man..but its just when something goes good for my js..somethings gotta go bad..so after i wired it back up..i hung it up on my guitar holder that is about 9 feet high and all of a sudden it just crashed down to the floor..under the guitar holder was about 9 feet of falling and either carpet or hard concrete to land on..luckily it landed on the carpet and didnt do much damage..i'm just gonna touch it up with some paint but the strap holder screw broke off inside it so i'm gonna have to get another screw and drill another hole..i seriously thought it would be alot worse than it is but it really isnt that bad..am i lucky or what?
nirvana23freak yea about a year ago mine just tipped over and got a little dent on the side of the fretboard, i was about to cry, it was like the first month i had it too
tylerfender i'm not sure but i dont think my single coil is working..i switch the humbucker off and switch the single coil on and it doesnt have any sound...do you have any sugestion as to how i might fix this problem..either the single coil doesnt work or the single coil switch doesnt work..i followed the mustang schematic..so please help me someone..and also my distortion sounds kinda weak and i'm pretty sure its the pickup so i'm probably going to get a seymour duncan jb humbucker to put in it and i might buy a new single coil(neck position this time) and see if that helps it any.

tylerfender i'm following the mustang schematic that nirvana23freak told me to use on the last page. i used the js schematic on the js page of this site and nothing sounded right. i'll post some pics in about an hour..i'm sure ur waiting to see it right?

tylerfender ya i didnt notice that until my friend pointed it out to me..but warmoth put the tailpiece on backwards...i just now flipped it back over..the whammy bar works now..lol..now the only thing wrong with it is that the single coil doesnt work or the switch doesnt work..i'm goin to try to fix that soon then i'll be 100% happy with my js.
